Global Organic Black Beans are rich in anti-oxidants and fibre, these little beans are full-flavoured and delicious added to Mexican and Latin American Cooking. Black beans are as versatile as they are tasty. You can use them in a variety of cuisines from Mexican and Latin American cooking to Asian inspired dishes or even baking. Although not the same as salted black beans used in Chinese stir fry's you can substitute them successfully by adding some salty tamari or soy sauce. Try making your own refried black beans or classic beans and rice. Delicious cold in a bean salad or baked into black bean brownies or chocolate cake.
